July 11 SLMR race at the Junction rescheduled to September 12

The Malvernbank.com “Race for the Safe” SLMR race scheduled for Saturday, July 11 at the Junction Motor Speedway has been moved to Saturday, September 12. The September 12 race WILL NOT be a Malvernbank.com “Race for the Safe” points race but because of additional monies posted by Aurora Agronomy the race will be a Super Series event paying $2,000 to win and counting for Super Series points.

The winner of the event will automatically qualify for the Super Series Chase Race to be held at I-80 in early October during the Cornhusker Classic.

The next Malvernbank.com event will be this Thursday, July 2 at US 30 Speedway near Columbus, Nebraska. Tad Pospisil currently leads the Malvernbank.com “SLMR Series” points followed by Kyle Berck, Josh Krug, Bill Leighton, Jr., and Ben Schaller.
